### TATTOOS BY THU – BOOKING POLICY
Thank you for choosing Tattoos By Thu. To ensure the highest quality of service and art, please carefully read our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.
1. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18 years of age or older to get tattooed. A valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID) is required at the time of your appointment. No exceptions.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes towards the final cost of your tattoo. ALL DEPOSITS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel your appointment, you forfeit your deposit.
3. RESCHEDULING
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time. If proper notice is given, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date (limited to one reschedule per deposit). If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or attempt to reschedule a second time, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.
4. LATENESS & NO-SHOWS
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late without notifying the artist, your appointment will be considered a “No-Show” and your deposit will be forfeited.
5. DESIGN CHANGES
Significant design changes must be communicated at least 5 days prior to your appointment. Major changes requested on the day of the appointment may require a reschedule and a new deposit.
6. TOUCH-UPS
We offer one free touch-up within the first 6 months of your initial appointment, provided you followed all aftercare instructions. Touch-ups due to negligence, picking, sun damage, or submersion in water during the healing process will incur a setup fee. Hands, fingers, and feet are exempt from free touch-ups due to the nature of the skin in those areas.
By placing a deposit and booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
